Dr. Michelle Hawkins is such a kind, caring, educated person and has been a blessing to me. She listens to my concerns and takes the time to find what I need, what referrals I need and always makes you know you are her focus at that time. She’s an incredible Doctor. I am 45 and have looked for years to find someone with her bed side manner, and kind heart. The whole staff here is always so welcoming and kind. Miss. Regina has to be one of the most incredible Office manager anyone could ask for. Every time I come in she makes sure I am taken care of and takes the time to check in on how me and my family are. I am truly so happy I have found My Dr and a place I always feel so happy to come to.

The staff, np's, and doctors are awesome.  I have been going to SMMG for years.  I have developed a rapport with them and will never leave.  I can talk to my NP and she can tell me what I am doing wrong and if she tells me that I need to be doing something that is going to help me, I listen.

This is my second review for this doctors office. I started with Dr. Rao and he’s amazing. Today I was assisted by Nurse Practitioner Raviatua and she was amazing. Any question I had, she answered without a hesitation. When I left I did wait a little second but Michelle’s professionalism was amazing. Dr. Rao is the best.  I believe I am still here because of his professional diagnosis. Upon his insistence that I get a colonoscopy, after a few years of hesitation, I finally got one and was diagnosed with Stage 3 rectal cancer.  Went through my chemo and radiation treatment, had tumor removal surgery.  I am still here and very healthy now, thanks to Dr. Rao.  Listen to your doctor is the best advice I can give.

The customer service is excellent Dr Berard is super fantastic, and it's just an all-around great place to go and believe me I have to drive an hour to get there I've always said I would get a doctor near my home but I never leave Dr Bernard so that's got to say something!!

I have had the privilege of being a member of the SMMG since its start, when Dr. Glenn Edgecombe retired. I was with Dr. Edgecombe for 35 years so I hated to see Dr. Edgecombe leave. But, being a patient of Dr. Girish Rao has put my mind at ease of having a new physician. Dr. Rao is a great doctor.  He's very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, & answers your questions no matter how trivial they may be. He makes you feel so comfortable.  Other family members are also patients of Dr. Rao. Dr. Rao's assistants are also very helpful & pleasant to deal with (Telema & Jocelyn). There was a time when I don't think there were enough receptionists/nurses working the phones & in the office. But I don't feel that is a problem anymore. Whenever I call I am always helped in a pleasant, friendly manner (Arlene). I feel very comfortable & extremely satisfied that my medical issues are being taken care of by SMMG.

Great customer service and nurse practitioner Bundu is an excellent primary care provider. She is very thorough, and empathetic and makes sure her patients receive great care. The front office staff are efficient as well. I would recommend this practice to my loved ones and friends.

I love, love, love this practice and specifically the care I receive from Dr. George. He is very thorough, not condescending at all, which many doctors can be. It is clear that he keeps abreast of latest procedures, medicines, research, etc., which is important to me as a patient. I’ve referred my friends to him and they have had good experiences as well. The only downfall is you may wait a bit as he gives his patients the time and attention they deserve, ergo, 4 stars. God bless Dr. George and his team!

Dr. Donald George is the best primary care physician anyone can have. He truly cares for your well being. His entire practice is very welcoming and helpful. He even has a in office social worker that is very diligent with making sure that if need any resources services she is a guiding light and great advocate. Dr. George’s office is truly a safe space and a place to receive the best healthcare.
